I grew up in rural North Carolina reading, dancing, and enjoying time with my first family.

I attended Wake Forest University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy before completing my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at East Carolina University.

Following graduate school I spent a few years in Columbus, Ohio (go Bucks) working and playing before moving to the Bluegrass State in 2022.

 

I currently reside in Lexington, Kentucky with my loving partner, our 8 year old child, 1 big doofy dog and 2 precocious cats.

In my free time I enjoy reading, painting, writing, practicing yoga, lifting weights, getting outside, and visits to distilleries and vineyards.
